Porque não temos essa exigência
Noutras empresas esse cartão serve sobretudo de garantia para a caução. Nós não pedimos caução, por isso o cartão não tem qualquer função.
O que precisamos é de uma carta de condução válida. Pode pagar por Tikkie, em dinheiro, por transferência bancária ou com PayPal — o que lhe der mais jeito. Combinamos isso antecipadamente por WhatsApp, juntamente com onde e quando levamos o carro.
Para quem isto faz diferença
Viajantes com apenas cartão de débito. Condutores jovens que ainda não têm cartão de crédito. Famílias em que o cartão está em nome do parceiro, que assim não pode conduzir. E quem simplesmente não quer imobilizar o seu limite de crédito duas semanas por causa de um carro.

Great choice if you want to rent a car. Nice people, good cars (not your small wheeled dinky toys), excellent communication. No rental deposit, and you can even pick up or drop off the car at the airport, a 5 mins procedure. They even threw in two packages of peanuts and bottles cooled water. Will be our next choice no doubt

Renting a car is an absolute must to fully explore the beautiful beaches and hidden gems of Curaçao, and Blue Heaven Car Rental made the entire process completely stress-free. From the very beginning, their communication was excellent. They were punctual, incredibly friendly, and met us at our villa. The vehicle itself was spotless, very well-maintained, and perfectly handled the island's roads. Drop-off was just as easy. There were no hidden fees or surprise charges—everything was clear, upfront, and transparent. The genuine hospitality and top-notch customer service truly stood out. Highly recommend this car rental service. It was the most hassle free experience. Sandor delivered the car to our resort 15 minutes after we checked in. Car was clean and included a cooler. They also gifted us with a bag of waters and snacks. Such a personal touch.

Wonderful departure from traditional, corporate car rental companies! We just got back from our first trip to Curaçao (which was amazing), and BlueHaven made the process the most seamless of any car rental experience we’ve ever had.We made the reservation via WhatsApp, and Marjolein answered every question I had with great detail. We completed the reservation paperwork via PDF/email, and she had everything ready in advance.A few days before our trip, she confirmed our flight numbers and let us know they would be monitoring for any delays and would be nearby when we landed. Since we didn’t have any checked bags, we cleared customs and sent a quick WhatsApp message as we passed baggage claim.Within seconds, we received a message that Sandor would be right outside the arrivals hall. The message even included the car’s plate number, which was a nice touch.Not even 2 to 3 minutes later, Sandor pulled up in an immaculately clean SUV, the exact one discussed during the WhatsApp booking. It looked brand new and was clearly well taken care of, not your typical beat up rental car.He was great. He made sure all our questions were answered and even confirmed we had a USB cable for CarPlay. When we got in the car, there were cold waters and a bag of treats waiting for us!The car performed perfectly the entire week. I have no doubt that if we had any issues, we could have reached them at any time.When it came time to leave, we arranged a pickup time the day before, and Sandor once again met us right in front of the airport. We actually arrived a bit earlier than planned and gave them a heads up. They were incredibly accommodating and came to meet us sooner than expected.I’m not usually one to write reviews, good or bad, but this was quite possibly the easiest and most efficient car rental experience we’ve ever had. The level of customer service from Sandor and Marjolein was truly exceptional and unlike anything we’ve experienced with a rental company before.In short, save yourself the hassle of finding a rental counter after a long flight, taking a shuttle to an offsite location, and completing paperwork after a long travel day.
